"EMC2 - Educational Medical Conferences for Conference Planners" is a completely new concept in conference planning.   After more than four decades combined in medical conference planning, the owners of SCORAH have put together a forum where we bring the "best of the best" vendors in one place to save you time, effort and energy in planning your next medical education training.  Think of EMC2 as your "meeting in a box" for medical education.  Vendors ranging from meeting bags and awards to registration and badging to c-arm companies and medical specimen providers will all be in one place.  Attendees will have the opportunity to either attend scheduled appointments with vendors to either interview or contract for upcoming events OR attend "Product Theaters" where vendors are able to showcase their product or service to you for consideration.

Besides saving time, effort and energy, EMC2 is happy to offer attendance FREE to our fellow meeting planners and society managers.  Meeting planners need to just attend at least 4 scheduled appointments AND/OR product theaters per day to qualify for this free offering!  This creates a win-win-win for everyone!  Some of you will be BOTH a vendor and an attendee and we welcome collaboration among everyone.

We expect this concept to grow as we add vendors and products and hope that you find this concept as collaborative and useful as we do - this program is not by "invitation only" - feel free to invite your friends and
